Goal:  The goal of this webinar is to provide a forum for discussion of best practices for evaluating very large programs with multiple components, and to discuss the importance of evaluation in helping to define program priorities, effect program improvements and implement programs that lead to desired outcomes.
 
Intended Audience: Principal Investigators; Program Directors; Directors/leaders of Key Functions and Activities of center grants and cooperative agreements; Directors of Core laboratories; evaluation consultants; investigators writing grants that require an evaluation component.
