Portal Password Policy

• First time users are required to change their passwords upon first sign in.
   

• Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain at least 2 numeric characters.
   

• DTCC recommends you to include in your password a special character such as $, @, *, &, or %
   

• After 6 consecutive failed login attempts, your account is locked.
   

• Your password expires every 180 days
   

• A new password cannot be the same as either of the previous two passwords used.
