LISTSERVs are effective for communicating with the all members of your committees, working groups and/or clusters.  As a member of a LISTSERV, you have the ability to communicate with your group (members of the LISTSERV) by using the assigned e-mail address, i.e., RTRN.STEERING.COMM-listserv@rtrn.net .  The LISTSERV can not be used by a non-member; you must be included on the LISTSERV to disseminate information to the members of the LISTSERV.

LISTSERVs can be created for any active committee/working group/cluster or collaboration within RTRN.  Management of the LISTSERV should be handled by the Chairs, Leads or authorized member of that particular group. 

An on-line form is available (http://www.rtrn.net/collaboration/electronic_request_forms.htm) for persons/groups which to request the creation of a LISTSERV for their group or to update an active LISTSERV. For a list of members or to join a LISTSERV, please contact the Chairperson or Lead for that particular committee/working group/cluster, etc. or the DTCC Communications Division via e-mail at communications@rtrn.net.
