RTRN Background

RTRN is an innovative collaboratory network comprised of 18 Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMI).  The network will integrate clinical, biomedical, and behavioral researchers with providers and community leaders into novel geographically and ethnically diverse research partnerships aimed at improving patient outcomes identified as key national public health priorities.

RTRN's conceptual design builds upon the translational model which demonstrates the movement from bench to bedside and from bedside to public health practice and back
