Security

The following security measures have been put in place to secure the equipment housed in the DTCC:

        Physical Security         Electronic Security

  • Iron gates around building and 24/7 security guards

  • Protected by a three-tiered access control system

  • Proximity Card Readers and Keypad Entry control

  • Hand Geometry Readers for Network Operations Center Access

  • All access to the data center is monitored and recorded 7x24x365

  • All access to the data center is logged

  • Building alarm system protects the entire facility

  • Equipment is stored in locked server rack

  • All visitors require prior authorization and will be escorted while in the Data Center

  • All data center personnel must pass a rigorous background check

  • Fire Protection: Inergen non-water based fire suppression

  • Hardware Firewalls
  • Use of Virtual Protection Network (VPN) for connecting
  • Certified security engineers maintain security operations
  • Locally installed virus scanners scan daily for viruses
  • Security logs are maintained, detailing access to the server equipment and resources
